Flensburg Students Workshop18.03.2013 12:27
March 18th-23rd, 2013. Christian Tonko and Maik Friedrichsen, graduate students from Flensburg University (Germany), conducted a series of language workshops at the faculty of History, Languages and Literature. The language students were engulfed in the atmosphere of German romanticism and mysterious world of E.T.A. Hoffman (Christian Tonko), learned practical skills of working with audiobooks at German classes (Maik Friedrichsen). Several master classes allowed the students to get acquainted with modern trends in teaching German as a foreign language.
The participants of these workshops and master classes shared their impressions of these events: ‘It was both fun and informative’, ‘I loved it when we prepared and acted out the audio play’, ‘I am a fan of Hoffman now.’ This practical training for future teachers is a first event of its kind. It is the result of strengthening professional links between Penza University and the University of Flensburg. The coordinator of cooperation work is the Department of German and Teaching German (chaired by Tatyana Razuvaeva) at the Faculty of History, Languages and Literature. |
