On the 5th of December, 2013, foreign students studying languages for Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at the Institute of International Cooperation together with the teachers of the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language visited I.N. Ulyanov Museum.

The excursion was arranged by the Department of Culture and Archiving of the Penza Region and Penza State Museum of Regional Studies.

Foreign students listened to the guide telling them about the Ulyanovs, about the history of Russian education before the revolution; they also examined the exhibition of the museum.

After the excursion the students had a meeting with the Director of the Department of Culture and Archiving of the Penza Region E.A. Shilov where they told him what Penza museums they had already visited and what else they would like to visit.
