PSU postdoctoral student took part in international conference in Finland

 A.V. Kuzmin, a postdoctoral student, associate professor at the Department of Information and Computation Systems, Polytechnic Institute, Penza State University, took part in the work of the international conference at Jyväskylä Univetsity in November this year. This University is in the list of 300 best world universities.

The conference was held under the aegis of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), the organizer was Finnish-Russian University Council in Telecommunications supported by NOKIA company. The main theme of the conference was telecommunication technologies, computer information processing, and increasingly demanded in recent years technologies of electrical and mobile medicine (e-Health и m-Health). Among the participants of the conference were the representatives of Finland, Russia, Italy, Slovakia, Great Britain and others.

The work of the conference was organized in thematic sections, plenary meetings, demonstrations and also in informal communication of the participants and organizers. A.V. Kuzmin’s report, dedicated to hardware and software solutions for mobile heart activity monitoring system, received a positive assessment by foreign scientists and was recommended for publishing in the international journal as a comprehensive article.
