Erasmus+ mobility for teaching is viewed by Marina Golovushkina, lecturer of the Department of the English Language (Faculty of History, Languages and Literature, PSU), as rewarding in terms of her own professional development and fruitful in relation to introducing best teaching practices at Penza State University.

"My Erasmus visit at Lublin University of Technology in Poland was very encouraging. Thanks to teaching staff mobility, I have got practical experience which I am able to pass on. I gained first-hand Erasmus teaching experience as a teacher of English for first and second year students of Lublin University of Technology. This week of teaching, discussing, sightseeing and getting cultural insights into the Polish way of teaching and living has probably been the most crucial point in my teaching career. Not only because of the wonderful people with whom I became acquainted and the fact that I could experience a cross cultural dimension to education, but because I have learned a lot as a teacher and have encountered some new approaches to teaching and now I am trying to contribute these approaches to the educational process of Penza State University", said Marina Golovushkina.
