On 10 – 15 September 2018, Kocsis Judit Erzsebet and Lannert Keresztely Istvan, lecturers from Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church (Budapest, Hungary), underwent scientific and methodological internship at the Department of Foreign Languages and Methods of Teaching Foreign Languages. The internship was carried out within the Erasmus+ Programme (Key Action 1: Learning Mobility of Individuals). This was made possible by the cooperation agreement between Penza State University and Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary. The Hungarian lecturers attended academic classes in Speaking and Writing Practice and Practical Grammar of English and French. In addition, they discussed methods of teaching foreign languages with their Russian colleagues. Moreover, Kocsis Judit Erzsebet and Lannert Keresztely Istvan conducted classes for Master’s degree students exploring the programme of Foreign Language Teacher Training, as well as for Bachelor students, who will obtain the degree of English Language Teacher. The master classes held by the visiting Hungarian lecturers aroused significant interest among English language teachers, who undertook the professional development programme “Theoretical and Practical Fundamentals of Education in Linguistics (the English language)”. The participants considered the modern teaching methods and fulfilled interactive tasks.
