I am sure that no matter how much time passes, you, dear graduates, will always remember your teachers, employees of the Institute of International Cooperation, the university administration, active student life and, of course, your friends with special trepidation and gratitude,” said Vice-Rector for International Affairs Gleb Sintsov. The university administration expressed its gratitude to the general partner of our university - Dr. Bashir Samaha - and the National Arab-Russian Association headed by him for the invaluable support that they have provided and continue to provide to Arab students studying at Penza State University. Dr. Bashir, in turn, addressed the administration and the leadership of the Medical Institute and noted the high level of educational and adaptation work at the university with students who came to Penza for higher education.
