PSU researchers and their Indian colleagues plan to jointly develop effective and environmentally friendly methods for processing materials13.11.2023 12:36
On 10 October 2023, the research groups from Penza State University and Parul University (India) met online to discuss the prospects for joint development of effective and environmentally friendly methods for processing materials by cutting. Research cooperation between Penza State University and Parul University has intensified thanks to the official visit of Vice-Rector for International Affairs and Professor of the Department of Public and Private Law Gleb Sintsov to India, which took place in April 2023, as well as an online meeting held in mid-September 2023 with the heads of the concerned departments from both parties. The meeting was organised by the International Project Department of International Relations Office of PSU, represented by its head Tatiana Razuvaeva, and the International Relations Cell of Parul University, represented by its director Preeti Nair. On PSU part, the meeting was attended by Nikolai Yurkov, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Radio Equipment Engineering and Production, Nikolai Kurnosov, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor of the Department of Transport Vehicles, Dr. Konstantin Lebedinsky, Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Transport Vehicles, and Dr. Igor Kochegarov, Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Radio Equipment Engineering and Production. Parul University was represented by Director for Research and Professor of the Department of Mechatronics Engineering Prof. Dr. Anand Y. Joshi, Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Dr. Unnati Joshi, Associate Professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Dr. Bhavesh Mewada and Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering Dr. Ark Dev. During the meeting, Russian and Indian researchers presented scientific projects implemented in the domain of common research interest. As a result of the discussion, the research groups agreed to join forces and draft a list of tasks to develop effective and environmentally friendly methods for processing materials in order to write joint scientific articles and to submit international applications to grant funds. |
