PSU Chinese students gave a concert at Penza Art Gallery13.03.2024 12:15
On March 10, a “Vocal Music Concert” took place at Penza Art Gallery named after K. A. Savitsky. Its participants and at the same time artists were students of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Sciences of the Institute of Teacher Education of Penza State University. Students from the People's Republic of China undergo vocal training under the guidance of the senior teacher of the Department of Music and Methods of Teaching Music Natalia Maksimova and the accompanist, senior teacher of the department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Anastasia Maryach. Children studying in the study field "Pedagogical Education", profile "Music" and in the master's degree programme "Musical Art and Education", Liao Hailong, Gao Yanlin, Wei Ziyao, Peng Weiqian, Li Runchun, Zhou Zijun, Chen Dan, Lin Ziqing, Zhu Boyu gave a concert. They performed vocal works by M.I. Glinka, P.I. Tchaikovsky, S.V. Rachmaninov, F. Schubert, I.O. Dunaevsky and other composers, as well as Russian folk songs. The concert was attended by Chinese students studying vocals with other teachers of the Department of Music and Methods of Teaching Music, as well as international students of the Faculty of Dentistry of the Medical Institute of PSU, Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Sciences, Professor Aleksander Tugarov, Vice Dean for Youth Policy and Educational Activities Oksana Nesterenko and Head of the Department of Music and Methods of Teaching Music, Associate Professor Tatiana Shipilkina.
