On Thursday, April 18, associate professors of the department of “Pedagogy and Psychology” of Penza State University Olga Gruzdova and Natalia Shcherbakova took an active part in the International scientific and practical conference “Early profilisation as the basis for professional self-determination and personal development” (Kokshetau, Kazakhstan). University teachers, teachers and researchers from colleges, schools and institutions of additional education, doctoral students, master's degree students, students of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad made their reports. The event was held as part of a scientific project for grant funding of young scientists under the “Жас ғалым” project. The moderators were: Kuldarhan Orazbaeva, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Kokshetau University named after Sh.Ualikhanov; Sandugash Moldabekova, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Kokshetau University named after Sh. Ualikhanov. Olga Gruzdova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of PSU, and Natalia Shcherbakova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of PSU, shared their experience in scientific and methodological support of the educational process in psychological and pedagogical classes. They also presented two models of vocational guidance and pre-professional training for high school students. PSU participants made their presentations online. Based on the results of the conference, joint proceedings of the conference will be published. |
