Penza State University signed cooperation agreements with Belarusian State Technological University and Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.

The documents were signed by Aleksandr Guliakov, Rector of PSU, and the rectors of the universities of Belarus: Igor Voitov (BSTU) and Vadim Bogush (BSUIR), respectively.

The official signing ceremony took place today at the Forum of University Rectors of Russia, Brazil and Belarus and the BRICS Universities Rectors Forum. The events are taking place on October 16–17 at Lomonosov Moscow State University. More than 80 rectors and representatives of leading universities, research organizations, ministries and        specialized departments of the BRICS countries and Belarus are taking part in the forums.
