Soloists of the vocal studio of the Institute of International Cooperation take part in the celebration of Victory Day in Penza
On Friday, May 9, PSU international students performed at two venues at once: in the small hall of the Center for Cultural Development "Officers' House" and at a festive concert for Victory Day on the main stage of the region - at the Sprout Monument (Rostok stele).
The vocal group Harmonix - international students from India Shlok Kshirsagar, Ketul Patel, Sarthak Kulkarni and Abhiraj Shedge - performed the composition "What do you know about the war". And the soloists - Saakanush Muradyan (Armenia), Malika Achylova (Turkmenistan) and the group's leader Maria Melnikova performed the Soviet song "Ballad of the Military Pilots".
"On this most important day for our country, we are happy to share our creativity with the Penza audience," noted Maria Melnikova.
"Today we felt united with the people of Russia. It is a great honor for us to share this day with you and honor the memory of the heroes who died on the battlefields," emphasized the soloists from India.
