PSU graduate appointed Chairman of Iraq's Federal Council for Civil Service

The Faculty of Computer Engineering at Penza State University is proud of its graduates. One of them is Alkezuini Muhi Murtada, who was recently appointed Chairman of the Federal Council for Civil Service of Iraq with the rank of Minister. He officially began to perform his duties, which is an important stage in his career.

Alkezuini Muhi Murtada completed his post-graduate studies at the Department of Computer Technologies of the Faculty of Computer Engineering at PSU, where, under the supervision of Professor Vladimir Gorbachenko, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, he successfully defended his thesis and received a candidate of engineering sciences degree. His scientific research and professional training at PSU became the foundation for his further career growth.

After completing his studies in Russia, Alkezuini Muhi Murtada returned to Iraq, where he held a number of administrative positions at the University of Karbala, particularly at the Faculty of Humanities. His experience gained during his studies at PSU, as well as during his stay in the Russian Federation, played an important role in the formation of his scientific, social and professional competences.

The Federal Council for Civil Service of Iraq is an important body responsible for the development and regulation of the civil service in the country.
