Samira Ponomareva, a student of the Faculty of History, Languages and Literature of the Institute of Teacher Education, Penza State University, took part in the 10th Anniversary International Youth Forum "Eurasia Global". The event was held from June 24 to 29 in Orenburg and brought together representatives from more than 52 countries.

The programme paid special attention to the activities of International Friendship Clubs. The participants jointly defined the goals and strategic guidelines for the work of such associations, developed promising projects aimed at strengthening interethnic cooperation. The participants exchanged best practices and approaches to the development of cultural diplomacy among young people. In an atmosphere of open dialogue, initiatives were born that could transform into significant international events in the future.

"It was a wonderful experience! I was able to meet interesting people - representatives of Serbia, Italy, Britain, America, Morocco, India, Paraguay and many others. "Eurasia Global" is a platform for intercultural and professional dialogue between young leaders from different countries," shared Samira Ponomareva.

An integral part of the forum was a rich cultural programme. The participants got acquainted with the history and originality of the Orenburg region: they visited a sightseeing tour of the city, the Rostropovich Family House Museum, the Museum of the History of the Orenburg Cossacks, and the Orenmilk ice cream factory. They saw the craftsmanship of Orenburg down-makers and visited the Luna landscape park with its picturesque nature and deer.

The Eurasia Global Forum demonstrates its importance as a platform that unites active youth ready to build an open, mutually respectful and creative future.
