DESCRIPTION
The mission of this programme is to provide a high level of training of bachelors in the field of measuring information technologies in accordance with the existing and projected needs of enterprises and organisations of Russia, the region, and the city. The aim of this programme in the field of education is to create conditions for the personal and professional development of the student, contributing to his/her effective adaptation in the socio-cultural environment of the Russian and international community.
AIMS
research activity:
• organising and conducting research in the field of machine building;
• planning and conducting experimental research, processing, presenting and interpreting its results;
• simulating the work of devices and systems based on physical processes and phenomena.
design activity:
• applying the modern methods, means and technologies for obtaining, converting, processing and transmitting measuring information;
• designing and applying information measurement systems of various purposes, their analogue and digital components, including using standard programmes for calculation and simulation;
• providing metrological support for measurement systems.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
On successful completion of the course the student should be able to:
• conduct works on processing and analysing scientific technical information and results of research in the field of machine building;
• conduct simulation of the work of optoelectronic devices based on physical processes and phenomena;
• develop design documentation for complex nodes and general assemblies of sensor equipment for manufacturability;
• organise the work in designing an analogue IP block;
• conduct computer simulation and verification of the behavioural pattern of the entire IP block and separate blocks;
• develop the required set of technical documents for a complex functional block.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
