AIMS
• develop the balance of receptive and productive skills necessary for effective communication;
• build capacities to apply language skills in real life and in professional context;
• further develop awareness of grammar and coherent organization of information.

On successful completion of this course of study students should be able to:
• display advanced receptive and productive language skills;
• demonstrate grammatical and pronunciation accuracy;
• can talk on the defined subjects, using adequate vocabulary and grammar;
• express their viewpoint on defiite subjects;
• write specific types of texts on general and business topics.

Music. Music as an art form. Modern musical styles and trends. Famous performers.
Theatre. Famous playwrights. Favourite theatre productions.
Architecture. Architecture of the past. Architectural styles: Romanticism, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque.
