DESCRIPTION

The programme provides advanced knowledge in physics and practical experience for professional work.

The course is focused on shaping and developing innovative and entrepreneurial potential based on achievements in education, science and production.

The teachers engage students in all types of classroom and independent work, research in a variety of fields in experimental and theoretical physics.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Professional activity of the course graduates includes solving problems that require the application of fundamental physics (knowledge of physical phenomena, processes and structures) and methods of other sciences (radio engineering, electronics, cybernetics, optics, acoustics, information technologies and computer engineering).

The graduates are ready to work at the Academy of Sciences institutions; state and private research and manufacturing organizations; design and development organizations; institutions of higher and secondary vocational education, institutions of general secondary education.

The objects of professional activity are: physical systems of different scale and level of organization; processes of their functioning; physical, physic-engineering, physic-medical and nature-oriented technologies; physical expert review and monitoring.

The graduates may be engaged in research (experimental and theoretical) and pedagogical professional activity.
