DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the programme is to provide high-quality training for competitive and competent managers and specialists with a high level of legal culture and legal awareness, and fundamental knowledge in the field of civil law.

AIMS

law enforcement activity:
•    implementing legal rules in the field of civil law;
•    drawing up legal documents.

advisory activity:
•    providing legal advice and explaining the provisions of existing civil legislation.

research activity:
•    conducting research on civil law; 
•    participating in research in the professional field.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

On successful completion of the course the student should be able to:
•    individually prepare expert legal opinions and examine regulatory (individual) legal acts;
•    interpret legal acts, including in cases of legal gaps and collisions;
•    justify the legal position on a case in written or oral form, including during adversarial proceedings;
•    individually draft legal documents and design regulatory (individual) legal acts;
•    implement civil regulatory acts and make justified decisions in strict accordance with the law;
•    provide legal aid and various legal services, provide expert legal reports and advise in various field of civil law;
•    conduct research in the field of civil law.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Graduates can be employed in the legal department of organisations and enterprises, in the offices of the commissioners for human rights (children, entrepreneurs, etc.), in the legal profession, in the notary.
