DESCRIPTION

The mission of this programme is to provide a high level of training of specialists in the field of design of technological machines and complexes in accordance with the existing and projected needs of enterprises and organisations of Russia, region, city. The purpose of this specialised programme of study in the field of education is to create conditions for personal and professional development of the student, contributing to his/her effective adaptation in the socio-cultural environment of the Russian and international community.

AIMS

production and technological activity:
•    developing technological processes for manufacturing machine-building products of high complexity serial (mass) production;
•    conducting individual tests for complex and highly complex technological equipment of the mechanical assembly production;
•    conducting comprehensive testing of complex and highly complex technological equipment of the mechanical assembly production.

organisation and management activity:
•    conducting methodical maintenance for the commissioning and operation of complex and highly complex technological equipment of the mechanical assembly production.

design activity:
•    forming a set of initial data for designing an automated workplace;
•    developing design solutions for organizing an automated workplace;
•    forming a set of design documentation for organizing and automated workplace.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

On successful completion of the course the student should be able to:
•    develop technological processes for the production of machine building devices of high complexity serial (mass) production;
•    implement commissioning and comprehensive testing of complex and highly complex technological equipment of the mechanical assembly production;
•    form sets of initial data for designing an automated workplace, section or line;
•    develop design solutions for the organisation of an automated workplace, section or line;
•    develop sets of design documentation for the organisation of an automated workplace, section or line;
•    form sets of design documentation for the organisation of an automated workplace, section or line;
•    methodically implement the commissioning and operation of complex technological equipment of the mechanical assembly production.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

The graduates are employed at enterprises of the machine and instrument building industry, machine building repair organisations, and various design institutions as design engineers, technological tooling engineers, commissioning and testing engineers, commissioning and testing mechanics, etc.
