The Centre is the partner of Goethe German Cultural Centre (Goethe Institut).

The Centre is aimed at organising and conducting the international exam to confirm the German language proficiency level of pupils, teachers, students, academics and other applicants. Moreover, the Test Centre is engaged in:

•    preparing for the German language test;
•    assisting the participation in free programmes established by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Goethe Institute;
•    preparing students for studies and internships in the German language at the universities in Germany, Austria, Switzerland within academic mobility programmes;
•    implementing programmes for supporting the German language in the Penza Region.
