DESCRIPTION
The social significance of this programme is to ensure the training of highly qualified professionals who are engaged in organisational, managerial, information, analytical and project activities in the field of selection, adaptation, motivation, training and release of the organisation's personnel. The main goal of the programme is to develop professionally significant personal qualities among students, as well as to form universal and general professional competencies in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education in this field of training and professional competencies corresponding to the professional standard in the field of personnel management.
AIMS

• analysing the labour market and the human resource capacity of an organisation;
• analysing labour conditions affecting the performance of various organisation staff categories;
• analysing staff activities and the effectiveness of staff management activities.

• providing an organisation with staff possessing the necessary qualifications and training orientation at the appropriate level;
• assessing and certifying staff;
• managing the business career and talent pool of an organisation;
• organising staff labour adaptation;
• participating in the formation of labour motivation and incentives for staff, including labour remuneration;
• participating in labour organisation for various staff categories;
• develop and introduce plans for social development and corporate culture of an organisation;
• conducting social work with staff;
• organising staff joint activities based on efficient business communication and teamwork principles;
• managing processes and documentation of staff technologies.
project activity:
• developing, justifying and implementing projects to improve systems and technologies for managing staff and the organisation in general.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
On successful completion of the course the student should be able to:
• apply knowledge (at the intermediate level) in economic theory when solving applied tasks;
• collect and process data necessary for solving set economic tasks, conduct its statistical analysis;
• analyse and comprehensively explain the nature of economic processes at the micro- and macrolevels;
• propose economically and financially justified organisation and management solutions for professional activities;
• use modern information technology and software when solving professional tasks;
• assess and certify employees, manage careers and talent pools, organise labour adaptation, motivate and incentivise staff, oversee labour organisation for different employee categories, develop and implement social development and corporate culture plans, conduct social work, facilitate teamwork and effective communication, and manage staff technology processes and documentation.
