DESCRIPTION
The programme's mission is to develop universal, general professional and professional competencies for a bachelor of teacher education, which allows them to function successfully in the modern labour market as a teacher of Russian language and literature, a teacher of supplementary education, a teacher of vocational training, vocational education and supplementary professional education. As a result of the training, in accordance with the requirements of the employer, the bachelor must meet the modern requirements of the professional standard for teachers and possess the skills of using educational technologies (including inclusive ones) necessary for targeted work with various contingents of students.
AIMS
training activity:
• studying students’ abilities, needs, and achievement in the field of education;
• conducting training and education in accordance with the requirements of educational standards;
• applying technologies appropriate to individual characteristics of students, including those with disabilities, and reflecting the specifics of the subject area;
• organising interaction with organisations of general education and other educational organisations, children’s groups and parents or legal representatives to solve professional activity tasks;
• shaping an educational environment for ensuring the quality of education, including with the use of information technology;
• ensuring the protection of the life and health of students during the educational process.
design activity:
• designing the content of educational programmes and modern training technologies, taking into account the peculiarities of the educational process, the objectives of education, and personal development through educational subjects;
• designing individual routes of training, educating and developing students;
• designing an individual educational route and a vocational career;
• designing the educational process taking into account the sociocultural environment of the region in order to achieve goals in learning Russian language and literature.
methodological activity:
• studying patterns, principles and levels of formation and implementation of the content of philological education, as well as the specifics of subject fields;
• mastering the existing programmes and textbooks on subject disciplines, requirements for programme and methodological support of subjects, courses, disciplines (modules) in secondary vocational education programmes, vocational training, and (or) supplementary vocational education, as well as methodological basics for its development with the use of modern training and information technology;
• selecting the learning content for implementation in various forms of Russian language and literature teaching in accordance with didactic goals and students’ age characteristics;
• adopting the basics of organising students’ extracurricular activities using the instruments of taught subjects.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
On successful completion of the course the student should be able to:
• conduct professional activities in accordance with professional ethics and regulatory legal acts in the field of education;
• participate in the development of basic and supplementary educational programmes, develop their separate elements, including with the use of information and communications technology;
• organise joint and individual learning and educational activities for students, including those with special educational needs, in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards;
• implement moral education for students based on basic national values;
• implement control and assessment of students’ educational outcomes, identify and correct learning difficulties;
• apply psychological and training technologies in professional activities necessary for individualisation of learning, development and education, including for those with special educational needs;
• interact with the participants of educational relationships within the implementation of educational programmes;
• implement training activities based on specialised scientific knowledge;
• comprehend the operational principles of modern information technology and apply them for solving professional activity tasks;
• implement educational programmes at various levels in accordance with modern methods and technologies, including information technology, in order to ensure the quality of the educational process;
• implement pedagogical support for students during the achievement of meta-subject, subject, and personal outcomes;
• design the subject environment of educational programmes and their elements;
• design individual educational routes for students in taught educational subjects;
• apply subject knowledge when implementing the educational process;
• organise students’ activities aimed at developing interest in the educational subject as part of class and extracurricular activities;
• apply theoretical and practical knowledge for setting and solving research objectives in the subject area and education field.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The graduate is able to carry out pedagogical activities in the design and implementation of the educational process in educational institutions of basic general, secondary general, secondary vocational, and supplementary vocational education in the field of Russian language and literature.
