Russian Language Test Centre organizes:

1) Exam on the Russian language, Russian history, and basic RF laws for foreign nationals who apply for work licence /work permit (the certificate is valid on the territory of the Penza region only)

2) Complex exam on the Russian language, Russian history, and basic RF laws for foreign nationals who apply for:

• work licence/work permit;
• temporary residence permit;
• permanent residence permit.

3) Russian Language Test for foreign nationals applying for citizenship of the RF;

4) Tests of Russian as a Foreign Language to determine the level of language proficiency (elementary, basic, intermediate, advanced, proficiency, fluency)

The documents required for exams/tests:

• passport or foreign national residence permit;
• copy of passport or foreign national residence permit;
• copy of passport translation;
• copy of migration card;
• copy of registration;
• 1 photo (3x4).

On successful completion of the exam/test the foreign nationals are issued state certificates.

The certificates are ready within 10-14 days after the exam/test.
