WELCOME TO PENZA STATE UNIVERSITY!

Individuals studying at partner universities may come as exchange students to Penza State University within International Credit Mobility of Erasmus+ or other academic exchange programmes for a year, semester or short intensive courses. Further information will provide you with necessary details on completing nomination period, submitting application form and other documents, getting Russian Visa and arriving in Penza.


Application deadlines:

1st June for the semester starting from 1st September;
1st November for the semester starting from 1st February.


These are some formal steps to be taken before you explore all the opportunities and enjoy all the benefits of an exchange period. In order to apply for the programme the participants should:

•    be nominated by their home university;
•    choose programme of study;
•    fill in the Application Form and present other documents required.


Application package:

•    Application Form
•    scanned copy of passport or ID
•    transcript of records (academic history)
•    motivation letter


Signing an Agreement

Learning Agreements / Protocols indicate the programme of studies or traineeship to be followed abroad. It should be approved by the student or staff, home university and host university before the start of the exchange.
