PSU Strengthens Cooperation with Chinese Institutes

Penza State University has signed cooperation agreements with Baoji Institute of Arts and Sciences (PRC) and Shaanxi Institute of Mechatronic Technology (PRC).

The documents were signed by PSU Rector Aleksandr Guliakov, Director of Baoji Institute of Arts and Sciences Guo Xiaopeng and Director of Shaanxi Institute of Mechatronic Technology Pan Weidong as part of the Russian-Chinese meeting of official regional delegations at the Penza-Shaanxi: New Horizons of Cooperation Forum.

The educational institutions will develop student exchange.

The administrations of the cities of Baoji and Penza also agreed on close cooperation.

As a sign of strengthening friendship between the regions, the Governor of the Penza Region Oleg Melnichenko presented the mayor of Baoji with a book about the history of the Zolotarevskoye settlement, published in three languages: Russian, Chinese and English.
