Prof. Dr. Adberahman Machraoui, one of the leading German cardilogists from DIAKO clinic, Flensburg, was awarded with the title 'Honorary Professor of Penza State University'.  The attributes of the title – the certificate, the lapel badge and the gown – were presented to him on Thursday, June 4th, 2015. Professor Maschraoui participated in the conference 'Current Issues in Medicine and Education' where he delivered a speech on chest pain units. He has long-standing professional links with the Medical Institute of Penza State University. The ceremony was part of the working week of III 'Penza-Flensburg' Congress.
