Within the framework of the second congress of dentists organized by Medical Profession Union "Egyptian Dental Syndicate" (http://www.edsic.org/index.php/home/About_The_Congress) Penza State University delegation consisting of D.A. Saldaev, Head of International Education Office, and V.A. Solovyev, Executive Secretary of Admission Board, conducted negotiations on presenting the educational programme in the specialty 31.01.03 “Dentistry” implemented in English as an intermediate language.

They discussed the problems of admitting citizens of Egypt to complete the given educational programme, and opportunities for cooperation in research.

In the course of negotiations they also discussed the question of recognizing the education received in Penza State  University in Egypt. The agreements obtained will allow PSU to considerably expand the exported educational services.
