From 6th to 10th of June, 2016, Penza State University was attended by Prof. Dr. Abderahman Machraoui. Within the framework of his visit he gave two practical classes for students, residency and internship students of Medical Institute, PSU, on echocardiographic auscultation of the heart. He also delivered three public lectures on current issues in treating heart diseases. Those who attended the classes and the lectures emphasized high practical value of the obtained knowledge.
Moreover, within the framework of the visit negotiations took place on agreement between Penza State University and Medical Centre Diakonissen, Flensburg. The major lines of cooperation are:  practical training for students of Medical Institute, PSU, in DIAKO clinics and lectures by leading medical doctors from Diakonissen in PSU.
