Delegation of students from Business-school ISC Paris (Paris, France) visits Penza State University
Penza State University gave a hospitable welcome to the students from Business-school ISC Paris. The delegation from the famous French university visited PSU on Tuesday, 14th June.
Penza is the third city where a group of 24 students stayed during their trip around Russia. Within the framework of their project – International Cross Border 2016, ICB – representatives of students’ enterprises ISC Motors and Cosmopol’ ISC will travel by cars and visit the cities of Moscow, Voronezh, Penza, Saransk, Syzran, and Samara. The aim of the trip is to learn Russian culture, to share student experience, to maintain partner relationships with Russian universities, and also to present seven entrepreneur projects at the International Youth Forum “I-Volga” which takes place from 15th to 25th of June in the Samara Region.
The business-school ISC Paris was founded in 1963 and is part of the prestigious group of French “High schools”. It has a wide partner network all over the world. The university is very proud of its students’ enterprises that are created and managed by the students themselves. Claire Verdier, Deputy Director for International Affairs from ISC Paris, spoke about them during the round-table discussion at PSU.
In the course of the meeting the parties also discussed the issues of mutual interaction, research cooperation, cultural and educational exchange.
“Penza State University has close links with French universities and organizations. PSU has a Resource centre of the French language. I’m sure that today we have obtained one more partner in research and education sphere – the business-school ISC Paris”, - said S. Vasin, Vice-Rector for International Affairs, PSU.
O. Yagov, Dean of the Faculty of History, Languages and Literature, congratulated the French colleagues on a vivid victory match on Euro-2016. “I haven’t seen such beautiful goals for a long time! I hope that relationships between our universities will also bring great results”, he added.
After the round-table discussion the French group representatives lay flowers to the monument “They fought for their Motherland”, and communicated with the PSU students.
