Tatyana Dubrovskaya, Doctor of Linguistics, Head of the Department of the English Language, is currently at the University of Bari Aldo Moro (Italy) as the visiting professor, where she organises and participates in various scientific events.

The host university generated and held the multidisciplinary panel discussion devoted to the issues of equity and discrimination in modern Europe. The event was arranged under the aegis of several European HEIs, including Penza State University.

The panel discussion participants, more specifically professors from Italy, Poland and Russia, debated the problems of discrimination through the lens of legal studies, linguistics and economics. Students and lecturers of the University of Bari put questions and expressed their views.
