Senior staff presents PSU advances within ENTEP project at council meeting

On 27 – 29 May 2019, Sergei Vasin, Vice-Rector for International Affairs, and Konstantin Korolev, Head of the International Projects Department, attended the council meeting within the project “Enhancing Teaching Practice in Higher Education in RUSSIA and CHINA” (ENTEP). The event was held at the Hualian Private University in Guangzhou (China).

The consortium members explored the latest activities within the project, mainly the establishment of the Centres for Teaching & Learning at partner-countries institutions. In addition, they discussed the prospective project activities and identified the possibilities for extending the project.

Sergei Vasin outlined the achievements in establishing the Centre for Teaching & Learning at Penza State University. He featured the premise prepared for the Centre, presented the developed statutes and regulations, which will govern the activity of the centre, and reported on the purchased equipment and teaching materials.

At the meeting, Konstantin Korolev made a speech on the Dissemination and Sustainability Strategy. He described the means for raising awareness of the project, its progress and results among various stakeholders in Russia. Moreover, he briefed those present concerning the monitoring visit to PSU by the representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office, which took place on 27 November 2018.

Within the working groups, the participants discussed the issues associated with maintaining and updating the project website, producing and publishing leaflets and posters, and cooperating with mass media and social media.
