Penza State University will continue its work from May 12, taking into account the extension of measures preventing the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The corresponding order was signed by the rector Alexander Guliakov.

The order also provides for the continuation of implementing educational programmes, conducting intermediate and final state certification of educational programmes using e-learning and distance learning technologies.

The implementation of research activities should also take place mainly in a distance format.

The restriction on students visiting the university (with the exception of those living in residence halls) is extended until an order to cancel the suspension is issued.

The order determines the procedures and number of full-time employees at the university (it should not exceed 25% of the total number).
