for international citizens who have moved in PSU residence halls since 31/08/2020 and those who are planning to move in

Guided by a letter from the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing in the Penza Region to the Rector of PSU of August 31, 2020 No. 58-00-05 / 3-6897-2020, as well as Articles 11, 51 of the Federal Law of 30/03/1999 No. 52- ФЗ "On the Sanitary and Epidemiological Well-Being of the Population", we ask all international students planning to move in PSU residence halls and those who have already moved in PSU residence halls since 31.08.2020 to provide a certificate from a medical organization at their place of residence (registration) stating that they have not contacted infectious patients in the last 21 days (including COVID-19).

If there is no such a certificate, please provide the result of a PCR study for COVID-19, carried out no later than 3 days before the arrival in the residence hall.

Certificates must be submitted to Office no. 104, residence hall no. 6.1, to Elizaveta Efimova, the records manager of the Department of Foreign Student Accommodation, WHEN CHECKING IN, and to the head of residence halls no. 2, 5, 6.1 IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MOVED IN.

A copy of the certificate must also be submitted to the PSU Clinical Medical Center to be attached to your personal card.
