The organizers of the competition were Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University, ANO Vostok-Zapad and the Historical and Cultural Youth Scientific Society "Original Vyatka". The purpose of the competition is to integrate interdepartmental resources for preventing extremist manifestations among young people.
