PSU Vice-Rector S.Vasin visited Isra University in Jordan
Penza State University is expanding its geography for international cooperation. Sergei Vasin, Vice-Rector for International Affairs, is on business in Jordan.
Various aspects of international cooperation in the sphere of education and science were discussed at the meeting in one of the biggest universities of the country – Isra University (the city of Amman). Agreements on creating joint educational programmes and double-degree programmes were achieved. Special attention during the negotiations was paid to developing academic student and staff mobility. To achieve this goal, it is planned to organized student and staff exchange programmes, summer schools for learning the Arab and Russian languages. The scholars of both universities are going to offer themes for joint projects.
