Scientists from Kazakhstan shared their experience with Penza colleagues
On October, 31, 2016, within the framework of Week of Science, dedicated to 20th anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Administration, PSU, the Department of Management and Economic Security held a meeting with Kazakhstan scientific community representatives.
Sadvokasova Kulyash, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Member of the Russian Academy of Natural History, Head of Department of Finance; Saparova Botagoz, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor at the Department of Finance; Bakirbekova Aygul, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics, holder of international scholarship; Kodasheva Gaukhar, a doctorate candidate, from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, shared their experience of academic mobility in Kazakhstan, delivered an interesting lecture for students of economic security, customs and management majors.
Kazakhstan representatives and teachers of the Department of Management and Economic Security had an interesting discussion about the state and development of the higher education system in both countries.
PSU representatives were particularly interested in governmental support of sciences in Kazakhstan, including economic sciences.
The guests also had an excursion to the tech park “Rameev” where they learned about scientific achievements and practical developments in the fields of biological engineering, IT-technologies, metal processing, commercial success of small and medium-sized innovative businesses, the residents of the tech park, developing and producing competitive import substituting high-technological devices and software. The meeting of the scientists from Kazakhstan and the representatives of the Department of Management and Economic Security resulted in agreement on further cooperation in education, scientific experience exchange and international training for teaching staff and students.
