Olga Musorina, lecturer of the Department of the English Language (Faculty of History, Languages and Literature, Penza State University), shared her experience of delivering classes at Lublin University of Technology (Lublin, Poland).

"I’m really proud of having taken part in Erasmus+ staff mobility for teaching programme. It was quite a challenge for me. My main motivations were to develop my own competences in my field, increase the relevance of my teaching and build up new contacts. Moreover, my participation was important for my job satisfaction. This experience proved to be rather successful. I shared my own knowledge and skills with Polish students, met new people and increased my linguistic and cultural competences. And I think my mobility period led to the use of good practices at my university".
