PSU international students become “Lobachevsky/RU” contest prize winners
On May 15, the results of the annual “Lobachevsky / RU” contest on Russian as a Foreign Language, which was held online from March 15 to April 29 at the National Research Nizhny Novgorod State University, were summed up.
This year, 123 students from 38 countries of the world studying at Russian universities took part in the contest.
The contest took was held in two stages. At the first stage, students performed a test on knowledge of the Russian language and culture of Russia and prepared a video with a story about themselves. The second stage of the contest was a competition of presentation projects on one of the selected topics: “Amazing traditions in my country” and “Unusual celebrations in my country”.
Third and fourth-year students of the department “Russian as a Foreign Language”, PSU, became prize winners of the contest: Matluba Dzhuraeva (2nd place), Sara Ochuko, Zarina Sattarkulyeva and Aminata Sissoko (3rd place).
