The presentation of scientific projects of Russian and German master’s degree students in Germany
On 10-13 of February, 2014, under the current cooperation agreement, the University of Flensburg, Germany, hosted the presentation of scientific projects of Russian and German master’s degree students who are dealing with the problems of Comparative Law and European Union.
This unique joint educational project, initiated by A.Salomatin and supported by the Institute of International Cooperation, was implemented as part of the new subject “Comparative legal policy” introduced at the Theory of State and Law, Political Science Department for master’s degree students studying “Legal policy in the Russian Federation and European Union”. This subject is aimed at the optimal perception of foreign law based on the methods of comparative law, political and politological analysis.
Before going to Germany a collective book in English “Comparative Legal Policy” edited by professor A.Salomatin was published. In the University of Flensburg the presentation of this book took place in the presence of the Vice-Rector for international relations Ch. Gaitanides.
