A ceremonial concert dedicated to honouring international graduates of Penza universities took place on June, 15, 2015, at 17:00 at the assembly hall of Penza State University (Building 11).

The project “Club of international graduates from Penza Universities” was initiated by the Penza branch of International students association of Russia and supported by Penza State University.

The goal of the Club is to maintain horizontal relationships between international graduates and their productive cooperation with their universities in the future.

At the ceremony the graduates received personal certificated of the Club members. Moreover 37 best international graduated were awarded letters of gratitude by the Rector of PSU for their active participation in social, research, and sporting activities during their studies. They were also presented souvenirs with PSU symbols.

 “This is our alma mater. We got our education here. The existence of International Graduates Club means that we will come here at least once in three-five years. And not empty-handed – we’ll bring new projects, ideas. We will always help our university, because the university has helped us a lot”, said Mahamat Kishine, head of the Penza branch of the International Students Association.

In 2015 Penza State University graduated 204 qualified specialists – citizens of 17 countries of the world.
