On 19 – 23 March 2018, Associate Professors of the Department of English Language Marina Golovushkina and Olga Musorina undertook research and methodology internship in Lublin University of Technology (Poland) within Erasmus + Staff Mobility Programme.

The internship included conducting practical classes in English for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students of the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

PSU lectures were able to speak with their counterparts on issues relating to teaching foreign languages in Polish universities.

Marina Golovushkina and Olga Musorina participated in the Welcome Day, studied activity of the Department of English Language at Lublin University of Technology, and visited the Centre for International Cooperation of the university.

Polish students listened to the presentation about Penza and Penza State University with considerable interest. They also took part in all kinds of activity during practical classes. Moreover, Russian lecturers studied history and traditions of Lublin.

Before leaving, PSU lecturers and representatives of the host university exchange view on the internship results and discussed opportunities for further cooperation.
