Swetlana Krätzschmar, ex-president of the city of Flensburg, became Honorary Doctor of PSU

The official ceremony of granting the robe and certificate of the Honorary Doctor of Penza State University to Swetlana Krätzschmar, ex-president of the city of Flensburg, was held under VII Penza-Flensburg Congress. The attributes of distinction were handed to S. Krätzschmar by A. Guliakov, Rector of the University.
