Institute of International Cooperation prepared a video lecture on the history of Great Patriotic War
Georgy Mere, a student from Estonia, in cooperation with the Department of Student Affairs (International Education Office), prepared a video lecture “History of Great Patriotic War”. It covers the main landmarks of 1941-1945: the beginning of war, the battle for Moscow, the battle of Stalingrad (particularly, Pavlov’s house defense), the Siege of Leningrad.
“The aim of our lecture is to provide our students – representatives of different countries – with clear and comprehensive information on the history of the Great Patriotic War, on its main battles. The video lecture was of great interest for our students, and it means, that we have achieved our goal”, emphasized Ekaterina Syagaylo, Head of the Department of Student Affairs.
