Faculty of Information Technologies and Electronics
The Faculty of Information Technologies and Electronics was founded as a result of merging two faculties with long history – Faculty of Instrument Engineering and Faculty of Automation and Information Technology, thus combining the best traditions in education and social development of the youth.
Senior students have a great opportunity to gain valuable experience attending specific purpose-oriented trainings in sensor engineering and other fields at the scientific educational centre “Rocket-Space and Aircraft Instrument Engineering”. Those students bent for research are engaged in active research teams at the departments with further attendance of postgraduate courses.
The faculty opens great perspectives for students’ employment in prestigious sectors of modern science-intensive and computerised economy and production. Faculty graduates are capable of working virtually in all spheres of industry and finance.
